I’ve been using [The Pineal Guardian](https://youtu.be/rl9S2qsRb78 "The Pineal Guardian") for a couple of weeks now, mainly out of curiosity about its effects on sleep and mental clarity. So far, I feel a bit more rested and focused during the day. Not sure if it's placebo or real yet, but I’m planning to stick with it a bit longer and see how it goes
